Ray Eubanks, 6938957, formerly of Co "D" 503d Prcht. Inf. for action at
Noemfoor Island (posthumous). Pvt. Lloyd G. McCarter, 2094,
formerly Co. "F" 503d Prcht. Inf. for action on Corregidor." |

Bailey did not deserve this. He should have been promoted to
Captain seven months before, but he was not Panama. That is all I will
say. |
